One of the big buzzes at Eurocucina this year was the rise and rise of white built-in appliances and now, thanks to a competition being organised by appliance manufacturer Gorenje and kbb News, one lucky showroom can place itself at the cutting edge of contemporary kitchen design.

Gorenje is offering readers of kbb News the opportunity to enter a draw to win a white Ora-Ϊto built-in oven, induction hob, and extraction hood for display in their showroom.

With the launch of its Ora-Ϊto minimalist collection of black kitchen appliances two years ago, Gorenje sealed its reputation as a bold and genuinely innovative brand of quality. It was also one of the first appliance brands to see the re-emergence of white as a significant colour.

The competition display set comprises of a multifunction built-in oven with electronic controls, a glass ceramic induction hob, and an elegant chimney hood.

Touch screen

Gorenje's multifunction built-in oven is easily controlled via a touch screen hidden away in the white glass panel above the oven door. This allows easy control of all the many oven functions.

The sensor control induction hob enables excellent control of the cooking process, including the simple setting of highly accurate temperature levels.

The Ora-Ϊto cooker hood meanwhile is a combination of beauty and power and very space-like and futuristic in its design. It is operated by hidden sensor controls, while halogen lighting gives perfect illumination where it is most needed. The hood also features an extraction rate of 850m3/h.

Entries to Gorenje competition must be completed by no later than midnight on 30 July 2010.

The winner will be drawn at random from entries that answer the question correctly. The winner will be announced after the competition closing date and notified within 28 days.
